Is Family Plus billed per family or per person?
Per family. One person pays £1/month (or £10/year) and the whole family group gets unlimited members and unlimited memories.
What happens if I hit the Free plan limits?
We'll let you know in the app and by email, with a link to upgrade. Your existing memories stay safe — you just won't be able to add new ones (or new members) until you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account or at paddle.net. You'll keep Family Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.
