30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund on any LifePins Family Plus subscription payment within 30 daysof the order date. This applies to both monthly (£1) and annual (£10) plans.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or reply to any LifePins receipt email. You can also email us at hello@lifepins.app and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through paddle.net or from your LifePins account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to Family Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for.
